"You literally get what you pay for. It's a brand new hotel, but still a budget hotel. The staff whilst are lovely and friendly are so clueless as to what is going on. You walk into a grand entrance with an automated grand piano then it's all downhill from there. There are no credit card facilities, and then are empty show rooms just doing nothing. Presumably waiting to get fitted. To get to the pool, you need to walk through the dining area, ask the wait staff for beach towels and then...

"The staff especially Alex from Pesce Restaurant. He is very accommodating and very friendly. Special shout out also for the two staffers who did our massage. When it comes to amenities in the room, no hairdryer and they don’t provide body lotion so make sure to bring yours. Overall, The Farm is very beautiful though the rain canceled all the outdoor activities we enjoyed the quietness and the seclusion of the place. We enjoyed the rain and nature. We hope to come back soon. "

"Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time."

The amenities were also very limited to swim and karaoke. The room amenities were also very limited to a small guest kit, would have liked to have more shampoo and conditioner and body soap given that there is a pool.
