Our charming getaway in Converse, Texas, is the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful escape near the exciting city of San Antonio. Strategically located in the metropolitan area, our guests can enjoy the tranquility of a suburban community while having quick and easy access to all the attractions and amenities the big city has to offer.

A Walgreens (0.8 miles) and a Walmart (1 mile) are located nearby.

In the house, you'll find 4 double beds (for 8 guests) and all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including:

hairdryer, Iron, towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper

You'll find a welcome kit that includes some food and one gift.

We provide high-speed wifi (300 Mbps) perfect for your home office needs.

In our accommodation, we have a television in the living room to provide our guests with added convenience and entertainment. While we still prioritize creating a calm and restful environment, we understand the desire for some leisurely entertainment during your stay. Enjoy your favorite shows or movies in the cozy ambiance of our living room.

-If you bring children during your reservation only make sure that they will be always under supervision for everyone's safety
-If the TV control remote gets lost, the replacement will have a $50 cost
-Any smoking odor or smell left inside the property will bring a $100 fee for the extra cleaning needed.

Overall size of house was perfect and the beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Upon arrival we requested an early arrival due to constant rain, at 1st they were willing but later was informed we would need to submit payment via venmo to expedite cleaning crew(no big deal). When we arrived at the house there were old insects(not the clean kind) around entire baseboard in living area along with cobwebs in the corner. Throughout night more started to appear. Contacted owner and the only thing she offered was cleaning crew to come back. I definitely wouldn’t recommend if you have young childen
