This place left so much to be desired. Upon check in we were told we were on floor 4, and the elevator is broken. I asked to be moved to a lower floor and they switched us to floor 2. The elevator at this point had been broken at least 4 days per their email (ridiculous to be down multiple days.) We opened our room to find a gross giant dirty cleaning cart, dirty rags all over our kitchen. I called down to reception and they said they’d come get it, which they did, but we still had to clean and sanitize our room afterwards ourselves. Gross. Then we tried to set up the pull out couch only to realize, no, it’s not a pull out. Just a regular loveseat. We booked a room for 4 people… this room has one queen bed. Please tell me how 4 people are supposed to fit in 1 queen bed? Absolutely insane. I went back to reception and was told there are no rooms with pull out couches and they were unsure how to accommodate us at this point, no extra rooms to switch us to, and no cots available. They found an extra twin mattress so we could put 1 of our children there but they said they only had 1 extra pillow. 4 people with a total of 3 pillows and 1 bed. We will never book here again. Please do better, when guests book for 4 occupants make sure you have accessibility to sleep them all as they’re paying guests. I shouldn’t have to even say that out loud I feel. 2/10 stars, only for easy parking and a good location. Would never recommend WaterWalk!
