Sealed grouting in the shower looks so neat and clean. The space in the room was tight with the king size bed, though. Need some kind of night light in the bathroom.

Overall everything was good until my family and I decided to shower before going to bed. We were tired and it was late. The container for the body wash was empty YES totally empty and we were so tired we used shampoo as body wash, the next morning we checked out and I mentioned it to the front desk and just an “ok we will let them know” not even an apology. Not the first time we stay there and it’s nice but this rubbed us the wrong way. We’ve stayed at other Tru hotels and never had that happen. Hope they change their way handling customer service complaints.

The room was great however the landscaping beds had numerous objects of trash in them the 4 days I stayed. The flag that is on the flag pole out front is in disgraceful condition and needs to be taken down, disposed of properly and a new one put up

Well when I showed up to check into my room the lady behind the counter told me that someone else had checked into my room and said that the person before her had checked them in but it was her because she only looked at the last name and not the first name. She lied again i needed to call the people who I booked the room to figure out where the mix up was the other gentleman came back down stairs and said i ordered a room with two queen beds not a king then she realized she had made a mistake but never apologized for her mistake .
