The location and staff were very friendly. However, the satellite television did not work, the lighting is a kin to what you would see in an interrogation scene and the bed linen had mystery stains on it despite my asking for a bed linen change. There was also significant noise from the traffic. The bed was large but made of springs which you could feel on every point of the body while laying on it. Otherwise, the room was clean and well kept. There is a full size fridge and a microwave. The bathroom is clean and ADA compliant which made it a lot easier for me to use. Unless some significant changes are made, I would not stay here again.

The room was clean. I found things here and there that could have been cleaner but they didn't effect my stay. The bed was comfortable. I appreciate having a refrigerator with a freezer. The staff were very accommodating with my sleep schedule. I slept mostly during the day. I was able to hook up my Roku to the TV and watch movies that way.

Mini girls trip

Always hesitant with budget friendly motels but this one by far exceeded expectations. The staff was very friendly and the room was well equipped and VERY clean. No awkward smells or anything. Bedding was very clean and everything worked in the room (TV, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine) Stand in shower was very clean. Great locations, close to several restaurants with a convenience store in the back of the hotel. Will stay here again.

The property is located in kind of a sketchy area but overall is safe and clean. There is a McDonald located right next to it and an HEB on the other side of the highway. The front desk last at check in was very sweet and kind and overall had a great experience! The room was clean and looked great for the price!

Studio 6 is part of Motel 6 that was right next to it. I heard another guest complain that their room was very dirty and smelled. Our room was OK. It had a small kitchenette, and the beds were clean. The biggest downside was that it's right next to the highway, and there is a lot of road noise from the cars passing by.

Nice clean rooms, no issues with bugs. It was very quiet. Lots of light in the parking lot so felt very secure. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. A/C worked great. I'd stay again, especially for the price.
