There is no room service to clean your room.They charge you a dollar for 1 coffee..it smells... They're very rude towards black people... They lied on their application.They are nothing but drug heads who run the office and on the property.I would not recommend it to no one.Please take it out of my listings...

The toilet was stopped, and the maintenance man bought the plunger. Instead of him blogging it, he gave it to us to do. It's his job to do, not ours. The bed was horrible. We did not get any sleep. The front office staff member was friendly.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. There were roaches everywhere - dead roaches on the floor and live baby roaches on the bed. The staff at check in complained about being busy and made jokes about having killed customers but she was ok because the cops hadn’t found the bodies.

We arrived at the property around 10 pm and we saw about 8 police units in the parking lot. Im not sure what happened but they were talking with multiple people and checking the cameras. Rooms had plenty of space and a small kitchen. But you can tell it need to be remodeled. There were roaches in the bathrooms. And there was an odor. The lady at the front desk was amazing and really friendly.

The staff and management of the property was knowledgeable and friendly! My room was easy to find, but I was disheartened by the amount of homeless people walking around the premises. The Room was fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove, and a broken Coffee Maker. I drink coffee all the time. the tub and toilet were dirty, and the room was non-smoking, but had remanence of Cigarette smoke. I tried to use my AARP card, and he said that I should have used it during my booking , but the Booking through the website, stated pay at checkout, and present my AARP card for Discounts. I couldn't use it upon either attempt. I will let Social Media and AARP know this. It seems like they will have to take Expedia and Studio 6 off of their recommendations list, for future travelers. My $116 room became $210, just like that. I will be announcing the Upcharges I encountered, without my knowledge!

Please fix the following Door lock deadlock would not engage Run on toilet at times Remove broken handle on bottom drawer - ok with your having to screw it shut, but dangling handle is unseemly Couldn’t get coffee machine to work Despite those issues would probably stay there again.

It really wasn’t what we expected, but it was good for the price and there were no bugs, so that was a bonus. The stairwells could use some TLC and a deep power wash cleansing. Overall it was good I wouldn’t have a problem staying here again. The office staff was super nice and friendly

We stayed for one night in room 320 and it was infested with roaches. We got moved to room 362 and it still had roaches. Please fumigate rooms. Front desk lady was nice overall.

The stove top dodnt work, and there is no actual house keeping services, the management does not listen when told to hang on and will come in (i was walked in on naked). There is no trash service and roaches infest the rooms.
