Room was great. Staff friendly. Only recomendation i would give is if the hotel could have some toiletries for sale because my son forgot something but they didnt have anything as far as toiletries in the pantry like a brush.

The guy who was cleaning up around the buffet had THE MOST BEAUTIFUL customer service I have ever experienced. He was very welcoming inviting and friendly. As we were exiting the elevators he told us good morning and that breakfast was being served.

The breakfast had a good variety and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately for the hotel the construction on the highway all night long was extremely loud and would wake us up all night. Other than that, the stay was very nice.

Loved the kitchen, living room. Separate bedroom and bathroom. Grill outside was nice, patio outside by the pool was nice as well as the hot tub. Breakfast was great. Small dinner Wednesday though Friday was good. Was there for my son's graduation at Lackland AFB 25 minutes away. Loved our stay. Oh, free laundry was nice too!

We had a nice stay Thursday and Friday night. Saturday night the other guest were extremely loud when trying to sleep which was after 2am. Bed was comfortable. Front desk employees could have been a little more inviting.

Great hotel

Was a great time with family to celebrate the UTSA graduation ceremony of my daughter. We will be able surprise her with a gift leave in front desk. The room is very comfortable, the rooms has great space and all things you need. The kitchen is awesome too. We only missed the texas waffles in the breakfast
