Property accommodates 1-2, perfect for couples or solo travelers. Beautiful high quality, framed original art pieces adorn the walls of the studio which features one queen-size bed on an adjustable base supporting a comfortable Eclipse mattress approved by the Congress of Chiropractic State Assns. The space has a beautiful living/sitting area where the soothing and tranquilizing color purple rules! There is a large TV mounted above the fireplace, free WIFI and cold AC at your fingertips. Kitchen area features a Breville all-in-one smart oven & air fryer appliance, microwave and fridge. Has a totally private bathroom with shower (good pressure and plenty of hot water)! I personally live in the house and have a separate entrance. The studio is separated by a deadbolt locked solid-core door and will remain locked at all times for your and my privacy and safety. Please be assured you will experience a complete sense of privacy in the studio. I have been in operation for over 5 years and have never had anyone not feel totally comfortable and at ease in the space.

Nice place

Our stay was very nice and our Host was great. Our accommodations were exactly as pictured, nicely decorated, with everything we needed, for a nice trip to visit our family….The A/C was amazing and kept us comfortable after the long days of hanging out in San Antonio in June.

Home Away From Home

My 2nd stay here, I thought it would be my secret getaway, but I decided to invite my partner, and he loved it as I do; authentic, down to earth, comfy, close to everything. Coffee on the patio was lovely. Take the owner's recommendations on food and the area. Oh, and the softest towels.

Great studio apartment

The studio apartment is very nice. Melinda met us when we arrived. She has a board inside with everything you need to know about her place. The neighborhood is very quiet and a few blocks from the freeway so it’s easy to go other places. We went to Fredericksburg, Boerne and San Antonio well we were there. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing stay!

We were only staying for one night, but we were so impressed. The studio was spotless and had everything you would need. Water and snacks were even available. The room was comfortable and the air worked great. Our host offered to give us a ride to a destination and allowed us to lead us there so we wouldn’t get lost. She was extremely friendly and made our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this stay to everyone and I would come back again.

Excellent Stay As Usual

This has been my 3rd trip to San Antonio and this has been my home every trip! Everything is laid out for you in the room. Snacks, water, coffee, maps, and local menus can all be found right there. Excellent backyard hangout and maybe you’ll get to meet Grayson! Love this place and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in town!!!

Accommodating and Fun

Melinda was an awesome host! She gave me rides to and from the airport along with rides into the downtown. She also gave me recommendations on some activities to embark on. The room was solid with ample storage, a spacious living room and TV, and a comfy bed to sleep in.

Better than a hotel!

Communication with the owner/manager was A+++! Probably the best I have ever had with a VRBO rental. The apartment itself was spotless, well-furnished and comfortable. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, including my own bed at home. The bed alone is worth the stay. The kitchenette is well-stocked with coffee, water and snacks...much appreciated after our late arrival. We lacked for nothing, felt like we were staying at a friend's home, and had a lovely evening visiting with Melinda on the patio for a perfect evening. Highly recommend.

Respite

Immaculate, cute, comfy. Owner considered every detail and anticipated my needs. It felt like a secret hideaway where I could decompress, yet was close to everything. I like being in a neighborhood vs clinical, touristy area. I enjoyed it so much, I was very late to my seminar; I didn't want to leave! I felt 100% safe as a single woman. Nice bed and pillows. Owner gave privacy, yet was available, if needed. Hope to stay again.
