- Free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas
- Clean and well groomed
- House-trained
- Obedient, well-socialized and with no history of biting, excessive barking, chasing or aggressive behavior

Pet Owner Responsibilities - Pet owners must agree to:
- Be 100% responsible for their pet’s behavior, well-being and hygiene at all times
- Clean up after their pet immediately any time the outdoor pet relief area is used or an accident occurs
- Ensure their pet is not left unattended for long periods of time at the property
- Watch your pet outdoors (while we have a fenced backyard we cannot be held liable for pets getting out through holes or under fence)
- Not allow pets on furniture
- Be legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet
- Prior to checking out of the property, cleanup after my pet to not leave behind a need for excessive cleaning

Our guests` health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out.

The following taxes will be collected at booking:
City of San Antonio Hotel Tax: 9%
Bexar County Hotel Tax: 1.75%
State of Texas Hotel Tax: 6%

There are security cameras at the front entrance of the property. They will be on during your stay.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outdoors - we please request that you dispose of cigarettes properly. There is a cigarette ash tray at the front porch and a large butt can in the backyard. If cigarette butts are not picked up there will be a $60 cleanup fee charged after your stay.

Please do not wash linens. Our cleaning crew will wash after your departure.
