"The staff was helpful when I arrived. Starting with the valet employees to the front desk personnel. Room was clean and the visit was overall very good. I liked the breakfast and snack time they had. I had never seen that before so it was a pleasant surprise. Especially if you're looking to save a little during the trip."

"Musty smelling room. Bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. Sink was clogged throughout my stay. Shower spray hose broke on my last day (old). Tried the breakfast bar one day. Basic cafeteria food. Dried out overcooked sausages, powdered eggs."

"The first room had such a strong smell of mold and mildew. The second room had mold surrounding the bathtub. Stained toilet. Old dingy sheets. Housekeeping gets a C- . Parking $65/day plus over $200 in hotel resort fees. Website asserted remodeled rooms, obviously we didn't they failed to say some remodeled rooms. Very disappointed. Far from a four-star hotel. "
