When we arrived, the property was completely unlocked and all lights were on, as if someone had just left. Since it was 7 of us girls staying alone, i went though the house to make sure no one was hiding inside. As we went through the house we realized that there was opened food in the refrigerator and that the towels and sheets were still in the washer and extra comforter was all messed up in the laundry. This was a problem because, it was 7 of us and only 4 clean towels. I did reach to host. He was very apologetic but nothing was done about it! In the morning, even though check out was 11am... we were awoken by the extreme heat at around 6am to realize the smart thermostat was set to change temperature in the middle of the night! I guess the host wanted to make sure we left on time! Overall terrible! It was a decent price but if i had known how bad it was going to be i would have chosen different house... the pictures of the house are right it looks just like them... But pictures can't show you the temperature of the property and everyone expects clean towels! I learned my lesson make sure the house you pick has reviews!
