"Breakfast was very good. Had some of everything. Biscuits, gravy, potatoes, waffles and all the cereal and such. Lot of history in the building. Rooms were small but roomy. Highly recommend due to the proximity to all the historical sites and Riverwalk."

"Only one elevator working for the first 24 hours. Breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people the first day, but it was better the second day. Room was clean and spacious. Good location to riverwalk and Alamo. Rooms are made up daily."

"Stayed here for a conference. Room may have been a little older but it was clean and well taken care of. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I felt very safe staying here. It was in walking distance of Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. It is also right next to The Alamo. Close to Riverwalk, shopping, & restaurants. There is the Crockett Tavern on the first floor. Got the brisket & grilled cheese one night and another the Crockett hamburger. YUM! Also splurge and got Pecan pie. Really good. There is a small cafe from 6-11 serves coffee & some breakfast items you can buy. Only 10-15minutes from airport. Over all I had a very great stay here! I would definitely stay here again."
