Dilapidated

We had the suite. There were holes in the walls, door handles were falling off, bed only had sheets, walls had cracks in them.... over all it was very dilapidated. The beds were clean. The staff was friendly. I would not stay here again.

Nasty, Dirty, Disgusting Hotel!!!!

This hotel it's nasty!!! The patio had rolls of old carpet lying everywhere and the parking had trash. We had 3 rooms and they were all dirty, the carpet was nasty and stained, no blankets, the pillows were gross, no towels, we had to go to the office and ask for some, and the toilet was dirty and had stuff in it. Eww!!! We will never ever ever stay at this hotel. It is GROSS!!!!

I was charged by for a room that I never received upon arrival at the hotel they did not have a handicap room available for me and refused to make any accommodations staff was extremely rude and refuses to do anything about it so I paid for a room that I never got and had to stay at different hotel

It looks tropical but it needs some maintenance, the stairs are old and need some maintenance. The room smelled like humid because there is a carpet where the sink is, I imagine the carpet was wet.

It’s a horrible property, dilapidated doors paint and walls, filthy furniture,rowdy and drunk guests in parking lot with loud music, terrible plumbing fixtures, etc, etc etc etc. I could go on and on but what a dump!!!!!! You advertise free breakfast? Well the serve only coffee, of course we didn’t have it just seeing the dirty cafeteria I will call American Express to refund payment. To all Expedia and prospective guests” stay away from this dump “. You will regret it.

Don't stay go somewhere else

The hotel is run down and outdated and the service is horrible the front desk attendant kept making faces when guests went up like it bothered her to be working. Worst hotel stay of my life

I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. We only had two towels in the room. The room had a strange smell and a lot of small flying bugs in the bathroom. We were sad that there was no breakfast and the pool was closed when other hotels already had the pool opened and free COVID- safe breakfast. This hotel also has no free cancellations... so be sure your plans do t change. Ours did and we ended up staying there anyways. But the safe where very friendly and the cleaning lady we ran into was very kind with a very sweet smile. They are also very honest, we left our iPad and received a call immediately.

Hotel is still enforcing COVID measures. My wife and kids like to enjoy the swimming pool but they are closing it 2 hours early and jacuzzi does not work. Free breakfast is another thing we look for in a place to stay, they are serving a bean with cheese burrito with cookies and a bottle of water in a paper bag. Disappointed.

I loved the overall security of the area. After 10PM you can only come and go one way. What we were dissatisfied with was there was so much cosmetically that needs to be addressed (cracks in the walls, tape and bedding needs to be fixed. The pull out bed had holes in the mattress, the springs that were supposed to hold the mattress up were broken so our son had to sleep on the floor, there was small sugar ants in the restroom. Over all the customer service was great.

This hotel is old and not the best conditions. They have lobby furniture with tape, room doors security are questionable, my mattress in sofa bed was torn, carpets are old and hotel has glade plug ins to hide the old mildew smell. The hotel does not serve breakfast as listed under properties amenities. Idk where I can post pic but definitely a disappointment of a hotel, the staff was friendly and they do try to keep hotel clean.

The hotel was supposedly a smoke free suite, but once we got to our room it smelled so much like smoke. The room temperature felt so humid and the bathroom floor was so so sticky. The furniture is so old.
