Great place for the price. Let's be real, this is an inexpensive hotel so, if you are looking for for the Hilton experience, you will be disappointed, but if you can live with cheap TP, no tissues, and tinny bath towels, its a bargain. Everything worked, didn't smell like cigarettes and anything else for that matter. I would stay here again.

Clean, sustainable Budget motel
This place surprised me. I thought it’d be a dump. Nope! Clean, carpet less, big fridge, and non-slippery textured tub. The AC was cold and they have shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispenser which is great for the environment. The only odd part was the lack of a hair dryer and the random girl that asked if you were checking out from her yellow sports car. I was a lil worried about that. I was asking myself who did I just give my checkout keycard to??? This place is a great, budget friendly place to stay.

Nice and accommodating
The price was very reasonable because actually we were just looking for somewhere just to go after we finish dinner and partying and lay down and go to sleep and then we're back out of the room take a shower and get cleaned up so we actually weren't in the room that much but overall we can't complain it was it was nice I do not want to leave out that the television had every channel you can think of all free movies and shows all Netflix Etc and you just can't find that in motels anymore so we were very pleased with that

Very nice, clean rooms as well as comfortable beds. The only bad thing I would say is the room had blinds and not curtains so in the mornings the daylight would shine right through the windows. But since we just stayed one night it was fine because we had to wake up early to check out.

You need a $50 deposit before paying for your hotel which was not mentioned until after I confirmed stay. They provide ice in the ice machine. Doesn't have a mat when getting out of the shower. For those that need a blackout curtain they have none but I still was able to sleep. Plenty of parking. I enjoyed my stay.

Ok stay. Good price.
Had to ask for clothes iron, no blow dryer in room or facial tissue. Stuff you expect in hotel rooms on regular. No excercise amenities or pool. Had to look for a YMCA near by. It was clean in obvious places. They need to clean places that are not like outside of tub,box frame on bed, and some corners of bathroom and walls.

Great motel, lots of recent upgrades
I love the proximity of this hotel to the SA rodeo. It truly helps with my volunteer activities throughout the month of February. The owners have really taken the time to remodel the location and make sure that it’s in a better state than year’s previously. You can tell that they are doing what it takes to better the area in and around the hotel. My only suggestion is potentially adding curtains to the windows in each room due to the bright safety lights outside when it’s dark and the sunshine that comes into each room through the blinds. This would really help with the over all comfort of the stays.

Dirty floors, bugs in bathtub, stranger knocking on door at midnight, people up all night outside, no blackout curtain to block outside street lights, no elevator, and basically no tv since you had to use your own prescription streaming services. I was not about to log into my accounts on another tv and public wifi.

I like the place for the price per night is worthed. But paying a deposit almost every check in it seems not right. Wierd rules!

Booked through hotel.com arrived at property and the price was totally different. Charged a $50 incidentals deposit which is normal. Don’t smoke or drink left room in same condition except dirty linens was charged the $50.00 fee

Nice and clean room. However, no coffee pot in the room. You had to go to office to get coffee in the AM.

Close to where you need to go
Was good for the purpose, just to stay for an overnight concert. Room was clean and ready by check in. No fuss to check in and easy to get to downtown area.

Dead bugs. Phone didn’t work. Smell like urine. We bought bleach and it throw foam all around the floor. TV was operational sometimes. I understand it was an affordable price but it doesn’t excuse their lack of cleanliness.
