Rooms weren’t cleaned daily as promised by front desk. Clock in room had wrong time and there was no way to fix it. Front desk refused to give me a receipt when I checked out because I booked through Expedia, even though I paid at the hotel. Free breakfast was marginal at best.

I have stayed at this location several times with no issues. Unfortunately, this time I could not say the same. The room looked like it was not properly cleaned with toilet paper rolls that were practically finished just left there and that wasn’t the worst of it. In the middle of the night there was brown/reddish water leaking from the vent in the restroom. It was absolutely disgusting. We could not even use the toilet because it was dripping over it and in front of it. Luckily, it was a one night stay so we showered up and checked out immediately. The front desk associate told us there was no manager available and that she would make note of it. So nothing was done to remedy this. Absolutely NOTHING. I will be reporting this incident to corporate Hilton and disputing the charge if it is not refunded. For $150 a night this is completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this place anymore nor will I ever be back.

Hotel was great! Clean location and friendly staff. The hotel is new so it’s in great condition. Their free breakfast was actually pretty diverse and really good. Would stay here again.

Worst front desk service.
Save your time and dont stay there. There is so many optios across the street with better service. The hitel is very regular but the service is terrible. They carged our credit card even if the night was fully paid in Hotels.com the blinds in the room was full of holes. The total for the night waa about 170. There is better and cheaper options very close to thia location.

Terrible. The worst front desk lady.
Terrible service at front desk. They told us they dont like what they call third-party bookings which is Hotels.com. The mean front desk lady told us she couldn't find our reservation we were there for more than half an hour waiting until we called Hotels.com and they immediately solved the no finding issue. It was a rewards nigth because our points on Hotels.com and the hotel did several charges to our credit card that I still have to dispute because the nigth was fully paid with our points. The room: the blinds were full of holes. To not make the long story, please, there is so many options out there and dont stay in this place where you will feel totally unwelcome. Save you time and effort.

Room was clean and huge. Tons of storage and counter space. Was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator and appliances worked perfectly. Only issue was bathroom pocket door would not stay closed which was annoying. Would definitely stay there again!
