Welcome to Woodlawn Manor, a beautifully restored 1915 craftsman with a sparkling private pool and six spacious bedrooms—perfect for family reunions and big-group getaways.

Spread out in an open concept living space, cook together in the fully stocked kitchen, then gather on the shaded patio before a refreshing swim.

When you enter the foyer, there is a guest half bath and entrance to the Master suite, with a spa like bathroom including a stand alone tub and multiple shower experience. Also off of the foyer is the entrance to the open concept living area, which combines the large kitchen and dinning room. It is a great open space where everyone can gather, eat and relax. Downstairs also has 2 more bedrooms and 1 more full bath. The front "parlor" bedroom is a historic treat with chandelier, wrap around leaded windows and 1915 fireplace with mantel.

Upstairs is a large loft with a full bed and a twin bed (bedroom #4), and bedroom #5 with a king bed. There is also a half bath on the second floor.

Outside the back door you will find the casita (6th bedroom and full bath), a private gated area with the pool and two separate sitting areas. This is a private pool with no life-guard. Swim at your own risk.

Located slightly north of downtown San Antonio and is roughly bounded by San Pedro, Hildebrand, McCullough, Shook and Ashby. What a gorgeous home. Huge bedrooms, spacious gorgeous kitchen. Loved the outdoor area with pool. The neighborhood was perfect for walking, with streets full of historic old homes. 5 minute drive to the Pearl and river walk. Will def be back!

Brent was the perfect host. Very responsive and accommodating. He has a wonderful house that worked perfectly for five women travelling together. Lots of room and we enjoyed the pool area at night. The house is older but has been renovated and it is charming. The location is ideal in that it is about ten minutes from everything you'd want to do. There are restaurants close by and Brent gave us lots of recommendations which were helpful. We had groceries delivered so we could stock the refrigerator and it was super easy. The pool area was a bit in need of repair as was the pool but it still worked out. We enjoyed it immensely.

Beautiful House!

Spent a week in San Antonio with some family, and this turned out to be a wonderful place for us to stay. The house was beautiful, as good as the pictures, if not even better. The location was also great. There were lots of coffee shops and other places we could walk to, and the things we wanted to do around town, like visit the Riverwalk and the Pearl, were only a short drive away.

Family Adventure

We traveled to San Antonio as several family members were taking part in the Rock and Roll 5k and half marathon runs. This house was convenient to the location of the run and also the riverwalk. We had enough warm water that we could all shower one right after the other.

Wonderful historic home. Beautiful inside and out. Plenty of room and in a great area not too far from places we needed to be. Took the family to San Antonio for a cheer competition at Sea World. Easy drive there and to other places as well. Hosts were great and had open communication highly recommended.

Loved our trip

We are eight older ladies that meet every other year or so for a reunion. We love older historic homes and this one didn’t disappoint. It is well appointed and has lovely antiques. We did have a couple of minor things happen but Brent and Hector took care of them immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would certainly stay again if ever in San Antonio again.

Beautiful home in a great location!

If you are coming to San Antonio to see the sights with family you couldn’t do better than this house! Within 10 minutes driving distance of the zoo, the Alamo, Witte museum, and river walk. The pool is great for an afternoon swim. We had extended family stay here (6 adults and 5 children) and had plenty of room for all to stay. Brent is super communicative and helpful!
