This beautiful newly built second story Guest House is just a 35 minute walk from The Hill Country Mile. A walkable stretch of locally-owned boutiques, antique shops, restaurants and galleries set in the heart of downtown Boerne, Texas. Enjoy the local shopping, fine dining, breweries, coffee shops, market days, events, a stroll along the river or just stay in and relax while you enjoy our private covered porch overlocking our beautiful quiet neighborhood with lots of majestic oak trees.
This hill country/modern style 2 bedroom, 2 bath house includes a breezy covered porch, fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, complementary snacks and drinks, pantry, dining room, TV’s with Netflix, Wi-Fi and full size washer and dryer, making it the perfect option for a longer stay, business travel or a romantic getaway!
Guest access:
-Guests have access to the entire Guest House with private Covered Porch.
-Guests will be given a code for the front door before arrival.
-Two parking spots are provided at the far right in front of the garage
-Please no parking in the shared driveway anytime
-Guests must provide number of vehicles along with make, model & license
plate of the vehicles.

Great place to stay!
This is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. Not a single complaint about this place, it is as wonderful as it looks. Definitely worth the stay!

Nice 2 bedroom. Appears to be a recent build, everything is in great condition and working order.
We had a great time with no complaints.
Note... It's a 2nd floor apartment. Would not work for someone who cannot climb stairs.

Excellent VRBO
This property was located in a very quiet and peaceful area. Communication with the host went smoothly, with quick response on his part. This was perhaps the cleanest vrbo at which we've ever stayed. The hosts' attention to detail and cleanliness did not go unnoticed and was sincerely appreciated. Motion lights on the stairs to the doorway, and complimentary snacks and beverages were just some of the many extras that made our stay perfect and enjoyable. I enthusiastically recommend this VRBO!

Feels like home
What a wonderful place to stay to see the total solar eclipse for 3 seconds through the clouds!
Seriously though, it was clean, comfy and exactly as listed! The location is perfect for going to other places in the hill country. We stayed there a lot of the time though because it was so comfortable to sit and visit with family. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood that had several deer running around, that was a nice bonus.
They had some snacks, drinks and a coffee bar. Also movies to watch on DVD and a fire stick to have YouTube and such.
Lester is a great communicator, answered texts quickly and made sure we had all we needed. We especially liked having a code to unlock the door, no keys to worry about.
We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect stay in Boerne
We love staying here! Its the perfect size for us and and a couple other people to join us. Its always very clean and well appointed. The hosts are great at responding to any questions. We will be back again for sure.
