10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in San Antonio. The staff and service were nice and friendly. They went out of their way to help us with a late check-in. The room was very clean and spacious. We had no problem getting our deposit back. The water pressure was really good and the AC was immaculate. Everything was perfect!

My wife and I stayed at this Hallmark on May 15 while in town for a short visit to attend an IFL game, and we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were attentive and responded promptly to any needs we had during our stay, which made us feel truly valued as guests. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and updated with a modern touch that added to the overall comfort of our visit. It was a relaxing and comfortable place to unwind after a long day. Overall, we had a very positive experience and will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to San Antonio. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent customer service!
