Welcome to River Pearl, a spacious downtown house with modern amenities! Located in the heart of the city, our three-bedroom home is the perfect home base for exploring all that downtown has to offer.

Inside, you'll find a bright and open living area upstairs and a game room downstairs with plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bedrooms feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens, and the 2 full bathrooms include towels and complimentary toiletries. We also provide free high-speed internet and TVs for your entertainment.

Outside, our unique gated, spacious front yard for outdoor activities with a brand new hot tub, a gazebo, stringed lights, gas grill, fire pit, stock tank cowboy pool, seating and 4 car private parking.

Our Tobin Hill neighborhood comes with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance such as the Pearl, St. Mary's Entertainment District, River Walk, The Alamo, AT&T Center, The Alamo dome, museums and theaters...

Our home is the perfect home base for families, couples, or anyone seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in downtown. We welcome families with young children. The young guests would really enjoy our spacious front yard with a cowboy pool, cornhole game, soccer ball game...

Our max overnight capacity is 10, but we think it would be most comfortable is for 7, 8 adults and a couple kids. But if you feel you can be happy with all 10 adults staying together, then you are welcome to stay with us too :))).

*** The street in front of our house just got redone by the city. It's a lot cleaner and wider compared with regular downtown street.

10 people if there are children in the group.

Great place for Thanksgiving

This is a wonderful property. Cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in a super stocked high functioning kitchen. Beds very comfortable!

Weekends getaway

Excellent home and everything better than advertised. Clean, well taken care of and updated home in a great location in San Antonio close to the riverwalk. Was perfect for our family weekend get away. Phillip and Cindy were extremely clear, helpful, and provided everything necessary for a relaxing weekend. They made the whole stay easy for us.

Fantastic Stay

Loved the layout of the house, the hot tub, complimentary waters, the big-screen TVs, and the proximity to the River Walk. Excellent stay! Kids loved the foosball and the adults loved the great front yard.

Quick San Antonio trip

Great time!

We had a great time staying at this house with family. It is in a great location to be able to walk to so many places or even a short drive to places. The house was a perfect layout and so relaxing to just hang with family when not sightseeing or doing things outside the house. I would definitely stay there again!!

Loved this house!

My family and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. The house was awesome. Very clean and loved the layout. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days with a lot of walking. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay at River Pearl. Lots of beds for everyone, downstairs game room and TV for the kids, fun outdoor games and amenities, and lots of privacy and space. We parked the kids in front of movies every night and went for a lovely stroll on the Riverwalk - about a 6 minute walk from the house. The hosts responded to our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to San Antonio!

Great family house!

My entire family enjoyed their stay in this very clean, organized, and well-appointed home! We joked that the owners probably had a similar "OCD" personality as me since everything was labeled and organized properly! :) I also appreciated the locked gate in the large front yard. Definitely would recommend this to other families!

Clean comfort

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect for all attractions. The owners were very accessible and responded quickly and friendly to all questions. The only negative was the construction very near the house which was not the fault of the owners as all of San Antonio seems to be in a state of construction/renewal.

Super clean house. Well furnished. The kitchen had all of the items needed to cook. Spices cooking oils etc. 8-10$ Uber ride to central River walk. Walking distance to Art Museum and Pearl Street. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved this place! It was just like the pictures and very clean and comfortable. The location is awesome! 8-10 minutes from tons of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the Alamo, and the river walk. Our favorite place we visited while in the area was the Pearl District. The shops and restaurants in the Pearl were excellent. We were lucky enough to be there on the weekend and went to the market that’s there every weekend. It was so fun! Overall we loved the place and I would highly recommend it to anyone going to San Antonio!

Perfect getaway

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had more than enough room. The house is clean, the quality of furnishings and decor is of high quality. You will have everything you need at your fingertips. The front yard is beautiful and can’t go wrong with the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this property!

Super clean home

I appreciate all the attention to detail the owner has put into this rental property. The home was super clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the linens of high quality . The outdoor space was very charming! There are some steep stairs going in between floors for families, with young kids, or elderly travelers to be aware of. Plenty of secure parking. Enjoyed our stay and we will be back .

Fantastic Rental

This property was all that was advertised and more: working with the very responsive host was a breeze, the neighborhood by Pearl was very walkable and close to so much we wanted to do, and everything we could ask for was provided (plus, eclipse glasses were waiting for us)! The place was very clean and well organized, and rules/requests made by the host were reasonable. Overall, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Beautiful House, Amazing Host, and Great Location!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The house was not only gorgeous but also very comfortable with plenty of space for our family to spread out. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. Plus, the location couldn't be better – just a short drive to the Riverwalk. Our host was incredibly responsive and just all-around fantastic. A couple of minor issues we ran into were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in San Antonio downtown!

Excellent house

The house is really beautiful, it is completely new, the entrance and the patio are very bright, it has very comfortable rooms and its rooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need and the laundry too, the whole family felt at home and the best thing is that you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a wonderful view. The house is impeccably clean. We are very grateful to the host, the communication was excellent.

Great place for celebration

Wonderful house beautifully decorated, spacious rooms and we just showed up with food and everything thing was provided! No worries we just had a great time with family! Our granddaughter graduated UTSA this past weekend. Our family enjoyed all the amenities especially the hot tub (great touch), the cowboy pool a little cold for us but a special touch! The property is close to everything in San Antonio! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property owners were gracious and always available if we needed anything! Would highly recommend this property if you are visiting San Antonio!

Great property! Very clean, great location, great owners

I went with my family of four and both of my parents. There was more than enough space. The outside area is fantastic with the hot tub and the cowboy pool. Both the inside and the outside are so well maintained! The inside was great with bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. All of the appliances are very modern and everything worked perfectly! They even had cold waters in the fridge for us! I would highly recommend as the property owners were always available as needed. Had a great trip!

Perfect spot!!!

Our stay was wonderful! Communication was great. The house was very clean and well decorated and rooms and bathrooms were perfect. The kids loved the outside area with cornhole and enjoyed jumping between the hot tub and pool. The location was incredible. Easy walk to the Pearl district which ended up being my favorite place in San Antonio. Easy onto interstate to get around and 5 min drive down to Riverwalk. Couldn’t be a more centralized spot! The host even accommodated us and allowed us to check out an hour late. Definitely book this place right away!!!!!
