Welcome to River Pearl, a spacious downtown house with modern amenities! Located in the heart of the city, our three-bedroom home is the perfect home base for exploring all that downtown has to offer.

Inside, you'll find a bright and open living area upstairs and a game room downstairs with plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bedrooms feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens, and the 2 full bathrooms include towels and complimentary toiletries. We also provide free high-speed internet and TVs for your entertainment.

Outside, our unique gated, spacious front yard for outdoor activities with a brand new hot tub, a gazebo, stringed lights, gas grill, fire pit, stock tank cowboy pool, seating and 4 car private parking.

Our Tobin Hill neighborhood comes with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance such as the Pearl, St. Mary's Entertainment District, River Walk, The Alamo, AT&T Center, The Alamo dome, museums and theaters...

Our home is the perfect home base for families, couples, or anyone seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in downtown. We welcome families with young children. The young guests would really enjoy our spacious front yard with a cowboy pool, cornhole game, soccer ball game...

Our max overnight capacity is 10, but we think it would be most comfortable is for 7, 8 adults and a couple kids. But if you feel you can be happy with all 10 adults staying together, then you are welcome to stay with us too :))).

*** The street in front of our house just got redone by the city. It's a lot cleaner and wider compared with regular downtown street.
