The property and house itself is beautiful. The backyard is great--the pool is perfect, and the setup is great for lounging and hosting. We held a baby shower for a friend here, and felt that there was plenty of space for family and a few guests. There is a camera pointed directly at the pool, so I would be aware of that when you're playing outside!I do think it's important to mention (since it's not in the listing), that this property is actively up for sale. We weren't aware of that until we got to the house and saw the "For Sale" sign.There were a few issues we had during our stay. The biggest is that the kitchen had a pretty bad ant problem. We had food sitting on the counter, and when we went back to use it, it was covered in ants. We ended up having to throw it away. We tried to use the coffee pot one of the mornings, but there was old water and moldy ants inside. There were ants in the couch as well, and we found them in the master bathroom shower. The hot water in the main bathroom wasn't working, and we also weren't able to lock the door to this bathroom. There was a broken chair at the dining room table that we had to move so no one sat on it and fell. The water dispenser in the fridge didn't work. There are mini beach chairs in the backyard, and when we tried to move them, rusty/black/brown water fell out of them and stained the concrete.Overall, a very pretty property, but definitely has some things to improve on!
