Country charm in the city

Enjoy a relaxing weekend or weeknight staycation at our newly renovated and farmhouse chic vacation rental. This two bedroom and one and a half bath house is located with easy access to two major highways (281 & 1604) and plenty of amenities including grocery stores, shopping, a movie theater, ice skating, miniature golf and more! In a quiet established neighborhood lined with large oak trees, you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy a nature walk in the neighborhood park, play a round of tennis or even shoot some hoops. There are scenic views which often include loving neighborhood deer grazing in the nearby lawns. From the 280 sq. ft. air conditioned screen porch, you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee and bird watch or relax with a glass of wine following a day out and about in the lovely San Antonio and surrounding hill country.

The property is located 6.4 miles (10 minute drive) from the San Antonio International Airport, and 14 miles from downtown San Antonio (20 minute drive) which boasts many attractions such as the river walk, Alamo, Pearl district and nearby San Antonio Zoo, gardens and museums. To the west, you can visit Fiesta Texas (11 miles), La Cantera Shopping Mall, and Sea World (23 miles).

Another great stay

This is my third stay-love the location and quiet neighborhood. Home is very cozy and has everything you could need. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will absolutely stay again!

Stayed here for a week with my wife and we loved it! Very nice spot in a great location for venturing around San Antonio. Well equipped kitchen was great to have for meals. Cathy and Kevin were awesome hosts and extremely response with correcting a minor issue we had, can’t recommend enough!

Perfect Location!

This comfortable cottage was the perfect location for me! The back patio was so cute, and the backyard was perfect for watching birds and deer while drinking my morning coffee.

Home is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and a grocery store. Booking process, communication with host, and checking in was all seamless. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood

Our family (2 adults, 1 child, and 3 dogs) stayed here during our recent trip to San Antonio. The home was beautiful and charming with a great sun room and a spacious, fenced-in yard. The home is in a central (and safe) location. We loved seeing the deer walking through the neighborhood in the evening.Will definitely try to stay here the next time we come in town!

Great stay

This was a great spot. The house was super cute and the neighborhood was charming. Very close to shops, an HEB and restaurants. We were able to easily get to Sea world (25 minites), the Alamo/riverwalk (15 minutes) and Fiesta Texas (15 minutes). Big bacyard for our dog to play fetch in.

Feels like home away from home

We were excited to be able to book this property for a return trip to San Antonio. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to so much! The house iteself is quite charming, and it just feels comfortable to be there!

Great location, safe, cozy

2nd time booking this place. I stayed last year and this year had guests in town and put them here. Being able to park in the garage is a huge plus. Location is central, super safe. Host is responsive and the house is cozy and guests slept great. Will stay again in the future and will keep it in mind for my future guests when we need more room.

Spring fling in San Antonio

Just what we needed

The house is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and comes equipped with everything a traveler could need. Large fenced yard was great for our dog. Neighborhood is quiet, wooded and nice for walking. The sunroom was a real treat with morning and evening viewing of the deer. Easy access to shopping and loop 1604. We will happily stay there again.

So many nice things to say about this property…very nice neighborhood, quiet area, beautiful trees, lovely backyard for our dogs. The bed was really comfortable, everything we needed was available, the host has really decorated nicely, felt really homey. Close to restaurants, shopping & attractions. Perfect for a family with pets

Our family came to visit the beautiful city of San Antonio and needed to bring our dogs with us. This was our first time travelling with the WHOLE family, and we had a wonderful experience. The house was perfect for the needs of our family and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The proximity was also a plus, as we had short drives to wherever we wanted to go each day. We HIGHLY recommend this cozy, cute home if you have a family and fur babies!

Cozy and Safe Spot

My husband and I plus our two tiny Chihuahua’s found this home to have lots of space, a fenced in back yard, cozy beds and a nice size kitchen. The neighborhood was very safe. We stayed two nights and it was the perfect spot. Really appreciated the laundry room. To top it off we had access to the garage which so convenient. We will stay again if we are in the area.
