You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Cheerful oasis home with pool and hot tub. 2.5 miles from downtown.
Pool and hot tub ready to start your vacations, relax and when all done your are 2.5 miles to downtown. There is the mission’s and other historic places to visit along with a golf place to enjoy some golf or ride a bike and enjoy the outdoors nature.
Quiet time is between 10:30 P.M. & 7 A.M. Please respect our neighbors they are out Friend’s. No loud music or partying allowed. Guest are responsible for any visits from code enforcement or law enforcement.
Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Every guest must be named on the reservation. No more then 6 people on the property at one time.
MAKING MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROPERTY IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. You will be charged for the fixes and possibly evicted.
Park on the driveway or on the street. It’s you responsible to pay attention to parking signs. For long term stays longer then seven days, a weekly cleaning is required. I’m available by phone, text and in person in the rear studio.

Not much privacy
Outdoor pool was wonderful, but outside the pool deck it is all rocks and dirt. Basketball hoop tipped over and laying behind the driveway. Owner lives in the backyard in a small building and he's always there, not very private while we were out in the yard and it felt awkward. Beds had plastic mattress covers, I get it, he wants to keep the mattresses clean, but put something between the plastic and the sheet. It was like sleeping in a plastic baggie. Overall just an awkward, uncomfortable weekend.

This was a great house rental. We loved the outside set up. Beds were comfortable. Couches were more comfortable than they look (very pretty looking). We’d stay again.

Property is beautiful and well-maintained. Swimming was great! Close to attractions. Everything we needed was here! I found the bed a little uncomfortable though. My husband didn't! Lol!

The owner was very accommodating. He adjusts the pool and hot tub to your liking. He is located on the property but gives you privacy.
