I think the owners did a good job in keeping the historic hotel charm and modernizing it. The room and bathroom was clean. There is a $20 charge for parking, but it is well lit and has cameras. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a historic building upgraded. Very good job and a unique experience. The Alamo and river walk are within a 5 minute walk. Very clean and safe area.

Pretty good for the price. Parking was a little confusing and we didn’t have soap in our room, just lotion and conditioner (?) No remote for the tv either. Other than that though it was pretty good! Indoor pool, and staff was more than kind. A little dirty in the hallways.
