The property is very clean, nice, and modern. People working there are very kind. The only problem was during breakfast. It was overcrowded and the waiting line take a while.

This location was clean, good location to different spots in San Antonio. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were nice and helpful.

Surprised the rating I see when I shopped this hotel was low. Very friendly, helpful staff. Help finding a parking place. Very clean room. Very comfortable mattress. All good with me

The staff was accommodating. My room was clean, although I noticed a few ants in my room. A few items in the breakfast area were out of order, including the juice machine. I wonder how long they’ve been out of service and how long they’ll remain that way.

I never do reviews but decided to leave one for this. First of all the photos of this hotel are deceiving. The cons of this hotel are the musty smell you get when you first walk in, the appearance looks like it’s old but tried to get covered up by a makeover. My ceiling had water damage, the ac made loud noise continuously, the bed was horrible I sunk in and would wake up with back pain for the two mornings I was there. But the pros are the location being right in the middle of everywhere I needed to be and the housekeeping keeping my room clean and stock with fresh towels.

Entire room was tile. Was very clean. Tv remote didn’t work. Even after we told the front desk. Gym was great though. Enjoyed that. Breakfast appeared not to be checked a lot. Eggs were runny and cold. Best part were the waffles. Coffee machine was broke on the second day, stayed four.

This was my second time staying at this property and I will stay at it again if we have another event there. The staff is always so nice, parking is easy and breakfast is included. All around a fantastic property to stay at and great dinning options.

I tried calling the day of arrival and nobody answered. It just kept ringing and ringing or a couple of times, there was weird background noise after it sounded like someone answered. When I finally made it, I mentioned how nobody would answer. She said “it’s because I accidentally put the phone on mute. I saw the receiver to the phone off and I had just called so she still “accidentally” had it on mute so there was no accident. It appeared to me she didn’t want to answer the phone. This was not good customer service. At the end of the trip, I asked for my receipt and she said “you paid with an outside vendor so I can give you one.” I have used Expedia before and I have been given a receipt. Very bad customer service.

Very dirty rooms. There were stains throughout the entire room, walls, shower, bed cover. There was a large booger smeared on the wall.. Hair in the bed, trash all over the floor. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures must be from a different location because this hotel doesn’t look remotely close to what was shown.

The pictures on the ad third party app was incorrect, I thought I was getting a Suite with a sofabed and turned out it was just a room with a King size bed. There was also small roaches that was also not good.
