  • This Spacious Modern Farmhouse is located in a quiet, safe and accessible neighborhood near Seaworld, Lackland and Downtown.

    Built in 2012 and recently renovated, this house provides handcrafted furniture and decorations to give a farmhouse style feel.

    The modern farmhouse is a spacious two story house. Downstairs is where the dining room, kitchen, living room, half bathroom, and a full bath master bedroom. Upstairs is where the game room/entertainment room/bar area, 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The backyard patio is covered.

    You can access all the parts of the house except for the garage and a small closet next to the wash room under the stairs. You can park your car on the driveway.

    It is a very quiet, safe and accessible neighborhood to SeaWorld, Lackland, Six Flags, Downtown and many more restaurants and tourist places in San Antonio and nearby towns.
