The house is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood close to John T Floore’s country store. Everything was clean and well kept.

Unfortunately this property leaves a lot to be desired. The home is conveniently located to Downtown Helotes, but the property needs some serious TLC. It has a lot of potential, but missing door knobs, moldy, mildew smell in Master Bath, not very professional work “done” throughout - walls needing repairs, etc. The backyard is unsightly and needs to be cleaned up. Far sink in Master bathroom clogs and needs to be attended to. There are no pillows on the beds. Unless you bring your own, you will have to use the pillow shams as “pillows.” There’s a coffee maker, filters, but no coffee grounds, so make sure you bring some if so desired. Beds were comfortable, but again, no pillows??? It was overall clean and that was a plus. The air conditioner works well, but it would’ve been nice for it to be turned down and the house already cooled upon arrival. The property owners really need to do an overhaul and fix up the place and it wouldn’t be that bad. I wouldn’t stay there again as it is.
