Las áreas comunes estaban sucias, el empleado que nos recibió no hablaba claro. Los aires acondicionados no estaban limpios y el estacionamiento no especificaba que habia que pagarlo por día. En el anuncion decía estacionamiento "accesible". Las atenciones fueron pésimas.

Aiden San Antonio Riverwalk
Clean hotel. Wish it had a pool. But was not aware it cost 30 a day to park. I beleive if i purchase a room then parking should come with it. Ive never had to pay extra for parking permit always came with the rooms.

Great room - very large and clean. Kitchen had a dishes and tools we could use. Comfortable beds. Great location, 5min walk to Alamo area. Good service by front desk. Onsite parking was fine at $35/daily with in and out privelages, just make sure you don't drive a large pickup bc it is very tight ...

Riverwalk Plaza
Older than we thought! Needs repairs and windows washed. The beds were great, our view was good, staff wonderful. Could use better chairs in room and small table. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Location close to Riverwalk.
