The staff was very unprofessional and unfriendly. I was coming from out of town in North Carolina and stepping off of a 1am flight. I had called weeks in advance to see if it were possible that i could do a check in that early. The woman on the phone assured me if the room was ready i could absolutely check in early. Getting to the hotel and speaking to the staff, they refused even with me giving the clarification i had spoke to someone about it. Waited until 3pm in my rental car for actual check in and the whole process was dreadful. Not a smile or happy tone in sight from the staff. There is one vending machine for the entire hotel. No breakfast, floor of my personal room was dirty upon arrival and no housekeeping came during my 5 day stay. Bad smells, cheap beds and bed sheets. I was described to by staff that their hotel was usually a long term stay hotel, which with all of the things i have described above i do not see how that is accommodating to anyone staying long term. To top it off, sometime in the middle of my stay i was woken around 3am to the fire alarm and everyone evacuating. Described by staff “someone probably just pulled it, to pull it.” and that is why i do not recommend nor will be staying again. Worst experience ever.

Had a kitchen but no dishes or pans or silverware. We had a handicapped room, but the tub was very tall. There was no chair to sit in except for kitchen chairs. The room was very spacious and clean. Almost forgot -the maintenance people were drilling and hammering next door until almost 10:00 PM.

The alarm woke us up at 2:30 am before we had to drive 4 hours to Dallas. Nobody explained what happened so we stayed awake until we felt safe!

I will not be staying there again. The matresses were standard jail cell matresses. Everything reminds you of what you would find in a half way house. Probably for the customers that were just released from the jail a couple of miles down the road.

The rooms are outdated, they had a funk smell in the halls and in the elevator. Elevator was filthy. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Ok for the price.

the rooms were dirty at 3:30 then they did clean them but the service at the front desk was the worst. I was told that Expedia did not follow through on one of my room and they did not give me the room even though I showed the confirmation and now I am being charged for that room

Nice staff in the front desk. Did not let us use a bathroom until We checked in to our room ( we had been driving for hours) We had to make our bed when we got to the room (clean sheets were left for us to do so. There was dust on the headboard But the rest was clean.

The rate per night was reasonable & it was pretty safe at night especially with all the outside lights. Those are both very important to me. The guests where I was staying on the 1st floor were consistently noisy.. always letting their doors slam when leaving/entering the room (just inconsiderate!). This went on during the late night/early morning hours. I understand that there weren't any kitchen supplies available in the room due to theft & the fact that it was getting too expensive to replace them. Instead of charging guests for those supplies or having them borrow from friends/family, my suggestion would be to have the guests leave a deposit when they return those supplies, they'll get their money back. I think this would help tremendously! Thank you!

When we checked in they required IDs from all four of us staying in the room and they made copies of our IDs. They said it was their new policy. We requested to talk to the manage and they got her on the phone, she said it was their policy for safety reasons and if we didn't like it we could move on. We looked up the policy online and that was not the policy of the hotel chain. The whole thing was strange and uncomfortable.

Hotel is okay. They make copies of everyone's license but don't give an explanation as to why. Bringing luggage to your room is super difficult with multiple small doors needing a key card to get through. Front desk lady was unfriendly and seemed annoyed people were checking in to a hotel.

Unfortunately the key reader wasn’t working during our stay so security or the front desk clerk had to let us in our room every time we left. That would’ve been nice to know before we paid & signed for the room. Room itself was nice, no ice machine at the hotel & no coffee cups at the coffee station.

Everything is so nice and more like a safe place at the moment, but one thing about the place is that I cannot get out often enough without a card. The lobby told me that the key machine was broken, but I had to ask the security guards to come in the door for me. That’s part of the problem though, but I am more cozying better than nothing.

The front desk employee was very friendly and pretty quick at his job. What I didn't like was all the paperwork that had to be completed upon arrival and needing copies of EVERYONE's DL that was staying in the room. That was annoying. I liked that the property was pet friendly, but the grassy area for potty was filled with thorns (property next door) and not in an easy accessible place on the property... just lack of potty options. The room was clean, the linens and beds were comfortable. I would stay here again if the check in process was easier, but I will go back to the former hotel we normally stay in with our pet. Also, all the pet fee taxes was silly. Our other hotels have only charged us a flat fee for pet stay. So in other words, our $50 pet fee ended up being near $70 after all the taxes were added.

The young lady that checked me in made me feel uncomfortable with her interrogating questions. “Is my purpose for staying there and what’s my business in town” I was bewildered and told her I was grocery shopping. My wife and I was making love and the bed was scooting across the room. We are just happy that we didn’t see any bugs crawling around during our stay.

The check in clerk was not customer friendly friendly.... seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and barely spoke... or mumbled, as the case was. The floor in my room was gritty.... had to clean in before I walked barefooted on it. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the full size fridge.

Extra Charges.
The room was clean. But they charged me $90 for my pet for 3 nights. Not a deposit, but a charge. They charge extra for Wifi also. No coffee maker in the room. I was on the 4th floor and had to go down to the lobby to get coffee. And coffee is all they have. No breakfast of any kind. I will not return.

Please know that we do our best to inform guests during the reservation process and/or during check-in regarding which amenities and services are not provided during your stay, like coffee is not provided. We have a kitchenette in our rooms to offset additional food costs. We do provide free WIFI, however, for additional speed, there is a charge. We value your business and thank you for your feedback.

Clean but a little noisy
Check-in was good, but it is a very loud hotel. It is close to the highway and you could hear traffic all night. You could hear the neighbors on either side and there must’ve been a circus in the room above me because I thought I heard elephants stomping the floor all night.

Room was not ready by check-in time, staff was supposed to call me when it was ready didn’t get into the room until 7:45pm check-in was 3:00 no one called me! 11:45pm staff comes beating on the door trying to get into the room and hides from sight of the peephole in the door, safety latch stops him from getting in room and complained to front desk nothing done about it mgr didn’t even call to apologize nor did staff call to advise they needed to check for a water leak at midnight!!
