Llegamos un viernes y tuvimos que llamar a un teléfono para que nos atendiesen ya que no había nadie en recepción ya que la persona de recepción estaba atendiendo un bar, el cual hacía que pareciese una discoteca nuestra habitación hasta las 00.30 de la noche!

Bon rapport qualité prix

L'hôtel est au centre d un petit village assez animé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le.personnel est accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est convenable. Le seul hic est que les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées et que nous sommes tombés sur des clients peu discrets!

El hotel está muy bonito decorado por dentro. La habitación triple muy grande y muy comoda. El desayuno completo y el personal del hotel muy agradable. Muy recomendable para alejarse de paso ya que por los acreedores no hay gran cosa.

Publicidad engañosa, servicio nefasto

Mi pareja y yo fuimos a pasar dos noches por el festival de esos días. Cogimos la reserva por internet donde se muestran imágenes de balcones con sillones y bañera profunda grande. En ningún momento enseñan otro tipo de habitaciones y en la información de la habitación que hemos reservado aparece la bañera. Llegamos a la habitación y nada que ver con las fotos totalmente diferente, teníamos una ducha abierta y ya está y el balcón ni comparación al de las fotos, nada era como te lo habían vendido. Cabe recalcar que cogimos especialmente ese hotel por las fotos de la bañera y nos llevamos un fiasco enorme. Bajamos a hablar con recepción y su argumento solo es que eso era un hotel y que tenían varias habitaciones que debería haber especificado, no haciendo caso a las pruebas de que en la información específica aparece la bañera. Una actitud bastante chula al hablar y sin proporcionarnos soluciones. Me parece de muy mal gusto pagar por algo que ni si quiera te aparece en la habitación. Sumando a dicha situación, aparte de la actitud de la recepcionista casi nunca la encontrabas en el control, tenías que esperar de media de 15 a 20 min a ver si la veías aparecer. Las paredes del hotel parecen de papel, mínimo ruido que se haga en el pasillo pareciera que lo tuvieras en la propia habitación así que apenas pudimos dormir por todo el ruido que hacían. A la hora de ducharnos el agua salía fría y para cuándo te salía caliente después de un buen tiempo. Una muy mala experiencia.

Es un Hotel de pueblo.

El Hotel esta muy bien. yo llevo yendo 3 o 4 años y estuvimos a gusto, alo primero, tiene Restaurante, y antes estaba cerrado en semana santa, y este año lo abrieron para dar cenas alas cofradias del pueblo, en semana santa y el personal terminaba agotado y para el otro dia en los desayunos habia uno para recepcion para barra y para el comedor, osea que este año,el servicio malisimo.Tamben tuvimos problemas con la Reserva por agencia, que hicimos con antelacion y seles olvido reservarla. osea este año todo mal. Solo tiene dos plantas y para la calle el ruido de coches,y para la parte de atras los motores del restaurante metian mucho ruido tambien osea este año no venimos nada contentos. Espero, que nos atiendan como nos merecemos, que para eso pagamos.
