I was on the 19th floor suite (1907). It rained most of my stay there and the room was litterally leaking with water from the rain. I contacted staff and they ame to mop it up ans placed bucket under the leaking area. The wooden floor had air bubble undernathe and would making a creaking noise with every step. My overall stay was decent, minus the leak and flooring, but I would not book at this location again.

"Great location for seeing the local markets the next day as we travelled between Bangkok and Phuket. This place we used after Kanchanaburi and before the train market. Great 7am breakfast too before we left for 8:30 train."

"The best resort I ever stayed at. The room is beyond beautiful and the air works! Thailand and April are HOT. I enjoyed the cool room. The colors on the resort made for perfect photos/videos for the influencers. Can also use the boats to go for a refreshing boat ride. Highly recommend!!!"
