"Arrived to unattended front desk where there was a phone to dial 0 for help. Waited 10 minutes for last to arrive to check us in. Check in was an additional 15 minutes. The sliding door in our room, opened from the outside and does not lock. Breakfast offering was 2 varieties of cereal and a half gallon of 3 day expired milk in the refrigerator. The ice machine gave 1 cube of ice but failed to dispense any more. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had."

"I was looking to get away by myself and this was the perfect location to do that. It snowed which made it that much more beautiful. The house was very clean and comfy. I vegged for 3 days, watched TV and pretty much decompressed. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and I am always looking for a good night sleep. "Was a great couple months during winter. Had what we needed. Was cozy and the wildlife around was great to watch daily. Would book again. On negative temperature nights it got a little chilly but was sufficient. Driveway during snow was tough but all in all very happy with Eagles Peak Cottage!!"
