"The people at the reception were so nice and very helpful. Really really nice!! Our room was on the same floor as the reception and the palier/ entrance in between the doors smelled really bad. It was a horrible sewer smell. Another thing you need to consider is the AC. They don’t turn it on. It gets hot at night and you cannot open the windows because of mosquitoes. "

"Breakfast was disappointing as options were extremely limited. If you wanted omelet or scrambled eggs there was a cost of €3 No fridge in our room but we used the small fridges in the common area where bottled water was kept. No problem as hardly any guests at the time. Parking can be an issue but we lucked out and found parking close by each day. The hotel in a good spot. Quiet but extremely close to many stores and restaurants and sites. "

"Great restaurant, staff very helpful, could use someone manning the bar, stayed 3 times now and had to ask for service in bar area? Needs some soundproofing, woken at 3.30am from room above walking around and getting ready to leave. "

"Rooms very basic - only 1 plug in room for tv behind furniture so not easy for charging. Reception staff were just ok - wouldn't let us use outdoor pool at 8.10pm after arrival in motorbike gear in 33° - which would have been a godsend (closed 10 mins prior). Was main reason we booked this place. The restaurant was good - excellent pizza and good prices."

"We enjoyed our stay, excellent value for money, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, delicious evening meal ( you need to book ahead) with very local home made specialties that were very welcome after eating restaurant food for a week. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating including with my food intolerances. Hotel is well located to enjoy the cultural attractions nearby. I would have liked a mini fridge and a bigger shower but would happily stay here again. "
