About this property
NICE 3 BEDROOM MODERN HOUSE WITH POOL
- This is a modern 3 bedroom home with private pool. The kitchen has a 36" double door fridge, ceramic top cook stove, granite counter tops and lots of cabinets. There are 2 modern tile bathrooms. Nice teak wood paneled doors.The house is air conditioned with a separate unit for each bedroom. There ia a washer/dryer unit in the house.
This is a great location away from the noise of Samara, but only a 10 minute walk to the beach and Samara restaurants. I have 2 TV'S with cable and WI-FI Service. There is a local grocery store and Soda Anna with good meals only 1/2 block from the house. Most of winter gets booked a year ahead with long term tenants (one to six months). There are weeks available at special low rates from May to October. I have local manager who speak english available to manage the property and do the check in and cleaning.
This would be a great time to surf and enjoy the local beaches. I have a hammock and chairs available for the beach. I really enjoy horseback riding on the beach and in the jungle/mountains. It is a great way to see wildlife. I hope you will try my unit at these special
summer rates and enjoy a great vacation in Samara, Costa Rica
