Open and breezy; this beautiful impeccable two story Costa Rican villa consists of two bedrooms on the lower floor both with on suite bathrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has two twin size beds. The main floor of the villa consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, living area and a spacious outdoor living space furnished with locally crafted furniture for you to enjoy. All rooms are equipped with portable fans and air conditioning units (available for rental). A gated long private driveway leads you to the villa where you will have your own private parking space. You will also have access to an outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi for a relaxing time at home.

To help you plan your trips to the beach, please note that while we are only 1.8 km away, the road is a traditional Costa Rican gravel route—steep and narrow without sidewalks. Because of this, walking to town or the beach is not recommended. > We suggest renting a car or using local taxis to bridge the short distance so you can travel comfortably between our mountain retreat and the coast. Please note that these road conditions are typical of the Guanacaste region and much of rural Costa Rica."
