"Check-in was fast and smooth. The room was clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were okay. However, I had some issues during my stay: There were no blackout curtains, so you have to deal with sunlight in the morning. Room service ends at 3 PM. Room service is not professional. I had to repeatedly ask them to clean properly as there was still dust and the room needed mopping. They didn’t seem to know how to clean the room and bathroom...
