"I booked "Stay Incredible Camp" based on positive reviews, but our experience was the complete opposite. We feel completely scammed. We traveled with elders and women, and the conditions were unacceptable for the high price we paid. 1. Zero Hygiene: Our first tent had sheets covered in red and black stains, and the bathroom floor was flooded and dirty. When we complained and moved to a second tent, the sheets were still stained. "There is no swimming pool inside that property. We have confirm booking and after that they denied during check in that they didn't get any confirmation from Expedia. Thanks to Expedia care service for helping us to checkin. The tenta aren't cleaned and they serve dinner only at 9 pm."

"Desert Dream Royal Camp experience was amazing. With additional cost take their adventures… it’s amazing!!! We WhatsApp earlier to confirm a room heater… which they provided on top of double blankets… food and cultural programs were very nice!!! Will highly recommend this place for one/two nights stay rather than staying in Jaisalmer downtown!!!! Very nice people… very trustworthy!!!"

"We spent two nights at the camp with our adult college age kids and it was a fantastic experience. The service was extraordinary as owner Jaswant went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after. Further, the camp was as not overrun by westerners as most tourists were Indian. We enjoyed the camel ride and dune sunset, as well as the evening food and entertainment. This was a highlight of our trip. "
