The room seems a bit outdated but the lake view from the window, the breakfast and the spa are superb. Overall, we had a great time in this hotel.

Apartment was spacious, new and clean. Has free laundry and secured free parking on site- which is a great!

beautiful hotel in the village of Bad Aussee. Fantastic hotel with the most incredible restaurant, very modern Austrian food with incredible flavours.

Whilst the lake and the location of the hotel was picturesque we were very disappointed with the staff - some of the male staff were extremely rude and treated English speaking people (us) second class .... they couldn’t be bothered with us .... the hotel has a restaurant for dinner and whilst there is only 2 restaurants in the town you would expect in house guests to have priority - but no, each day we were turned down and told to drive someplace else. I was very disappointed by our treatment....
