"J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. "82 steps to your room, I understand no elevators however this should be clearly stated. A room on the 4th floor with 82 steps when travelling with elderly parents is not good "

"Very friendly staff, plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance. It is also within easy walking distance of the train station, but be warned the footpaths are very bumpy and not ideal for wheeled suitcases, nothing to do with the hotel, but something to note. Very comfy beds, and air conditioning to keep them cool, rooms are definitely dated and a bit rundown but kept very clean & tidy. Good little breakfast room as well."
