"It was hard to check in. They don't pay attention to the doorbell or don't care. We were waiting outside to be let in for a while and we only got in because the lady at the front desk came out to make a phone call. They couldn't find our reservation even when I showed them literal proof of my receipt (and the website) and proceeded to charge us double the amount stated on expedia cause "we didn't have a reservation". "Great staff and excellent breakfast. Only drawback is the flat bathroom floor and the drain being the highest point in there. Water goes everywhere. Squeegee is provided, however would have preferred to not clear a flood every morning. Otherwise fantastic!"

"We stay for 1 night just before our flight. The Hotel is located in walking distance from the harbour, so it is pretty comfortable. The lady at the receptionist is very friendly and helpful also the room is pretty decent and clean. We had even the chance to see Aurora through our window. Sadly we didn't have the chance to try the breakfast because we overslept :("
