Modern house 15 min from Center of Stockholm

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a quiet area very close to the center of Stockholm. Also near a lake for swimming (300m) and a small beach. The ocean is not far away and only 400 m (Skurusundet).

The distance to Stockholm City is only 15 min by car. By bus it would take aprox 25 minutes. It is also possible to take a boat to the arcipelago or the city of Stockholm, not far away from the house.

Nice natural garden (1500m2) with a large sundeck (~ 100m2).

Girls Trip

This house was absolutely amazing and perfectly located. Just outside the city of Stockholm which was nice to have peace quiet after being in the city all day. Convenient bus stops making it easy to get to and from the city. Charlotte was a great host and would definitely come back again!

Charmantes Haus auf wunderschönem Grundstück

Der besonders schöne Garten und die Terrassen für jede Tageszeit, großzügig mit Möbeln ausgestattet haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist bestens: Badestelle zu Fuß erreichbar, 13km auf bestausgeschildertem Radweg in die Altstadt von Stockholm, Fähren in die Schären gut erreichbar, Wanderwege vor Ort. Diese gute Lage mag wohl den nicht ganz unerheblichen Preis rechtfertigen.

Perfekt, um Stockholm zu erkunden

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen: Perfekt ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert, idyllisch gelegen - eine Rehfamilie besuchte uns regelmäßig im Garten. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist prima: Wir haben regelmäßig einen Parkplatz unten in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Haltestelle Centralplan genommen und konnten dann flexibel nach Stockholm hineinfahren. Kurz: ein großartiges Ferienhaus!

Ein perfektes Haus in unfassbarer Lage

Ein tolles Haus! Liebevoll eingerichtet, groß, hell, ruhig gelegen und doch ganz nah an Stockholm. Badesee in Laufweite (man sieht ihn von einer der vielen, vielen Terrassen aus. Perfekte und vor allem vollständige Ausstattung, man hat das Gefühl Sebastian (der Besitzer) und seine Familie wären eben noch da gewesen. Sehr gemütlich, sehr wohnlich, tolle Küche. Ein Highlight: eine Terrasse mit 2 Daybeds direkt oberhalb des Waldes, ein Jacuzzi direkt vor dem Badezimmer und volles 5G Wlan (ja, das gibt es schon ausserhalb Deutschlands😜, ich hatte 400 Mbit...). Sebastian ist extrem nett, kümmert sich rührend hnd reagiert schnell zum Beispiel auf Mails. Dieses Haus ist das perfekte Basislager um Stockholm zu erkunden (einfach mit dem Auto vom Felsen runter, in den Bus und zack ist man in der City). Auch die Schären haben wir von hier aus erkundet, Sandhamn zum Beispiel. Alles perfekt, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood, close to Stockholm

We spent 4 nights at this very nice house in the Stockholm suburbs. The house is very well furbished, in a very quiet neighborhood. The living areas all have sunlight from the large windows. The booking process was easy, as well as the arrival. There is a lake very close by (you see it from the back of the garden). Stockholm is easily reached by bus in less than 20 minutes. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer !

Charming, personal, welcoming

We stayed here for 40 nights! It was great. Very charming house and you felt welcome. It is very close to Stockholm but right on the countryside with deer and rabbits/hares running around. That's just one thing that is amazing with Stockholm. The lake is close (walking distance), not far to the ocean either but to get to the good beaches you need a car. We really enjoyed our stay here. The pictures doesn't do the place right. Fam. von Sydow
