5 minute walk from Picadilly station, upon arrival staff nice and friendly, room was clean and beds were comfy, convenient to places we needed ie ao arena, breakfast next morning was enough and mixture of cooked and cold foods (if i had one complaint they stopped the buffet style and said order from kitchen but we had alread had enough), check was easy.

Location perfect Apartment perfect for a family holiday We enjoyed the ambiance and and surroundings

Customer service was great, nice comfortable room, maybe it would be nice to have a coffee and tea supplies in the reception area to refill as needed for convenience.

Friendly, cute place walking distance to the football stadium.

Everything about the property especially the staff are superb but its not appropriate not having even a single microwave and a fridge for customers use. Considering people with allergies or from different background would like to bring small portion of their food to refrigerate or warm prior eating. This does not affect the sales from the Indian restaurant and should be provided to attract more clients. Thanks
