Walk to the pool or beach directly from your living room or bedroom, no stairs or elevator needed, perfect feature for families with little ones. Oversized 3br 2.5ba condo, nearly 1500 square feet. Accommodates up to 9 guests, 4 parking passes permitted.
King master bedroom with master bath attached, queen bedroom , Third bedroom has 1 bunk bed Full over Full, with pull out Twin trundel underneath. Each bedroom has TV.
This beautiful condo is perfect for families or groups of friends. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving, condo also has a wet bar for your enjoyment.

So many amazing amenities right on site your family will not want to leave! The property features 4 pools, which consists of 3 outdoor pools and 1 heated indoor pool. There is also an outdoor hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor hot tub & sauna.

Beautiful property- A great beach stay!

If this property is available, don't think twice, just book it! Perfect location steps from the beach and pool. Condo has everything you need to prepare meals, and even beach chairs, floats, toys and umbrellas. Beautiful, modern finishes and feels very coastal. Elena is a wonderful host and got back to me quickly when I sent a message, and even allowed us to check in early. We had no issues during our stay. Check in is a breeze and the complex has pools, an arcade, basketball, tennis, a cafe, and is very walkable. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Spring Break at Summer Winds

The condo was nicely decorated and they thought of everything. All appliances and items were new. Love the linen service - arrived beds are made and they remove the sheets. Very clean! We visited during a cold weather time but the teens utilized the indoor hot tub and pool. Love the patio and chairs. Easy walk to the beach…in warm weather the outdoor pool would be easy access. Loved being on the first floor! The property staff was very kind and helpful also.

Elena’s place was perfect for our family of nine, We had plenty of space. Everything was exactly as described. We loved the first floor with direct access to the pool and just a short walk past the pool to the beach! Would definitely rent Elena’s place again!

The condo was beautifully appointed and relaxing. The host was amazing snd so very helpful. You can tell she wants her guests to be comfortable. Every detail was thoughtful with the guest's comfort in mind. The condo is only a short walk to the beach and a pool right out the back! An easy drive to either Atlantic Beach or Emerald Isle. It was the perfect place for our fall break getaway.
