Reasonable price which includes either a continental or full English breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Warm throughout, including the bedroom. Comfortable beds and duvets. Only check in is a bit stressful because they send you the details a few hours before you arrive but it was no problem in the end. I would stay here again."

I'd hace still rated it as average as lomg as your not taking the family on holiday but communication feom the host was dreadful. No one wants to make a three hour drive without knowing they will be able to get in when they get there "

"We had a fantastic stay in this cottage. It’s very well equipped and very homely and comfortable It’s well positioned for the Harbour It is a three story property so not for anyone with mobility issues Word of advice make sure you get your groceries from a nearby supermarket rather than buying in the old village as the Betsy and co deli charged me 4.20 for a loaf of bread!Otherwise Staithes is one of my favorite places in the world and cod and lobster is a fab place for drinks with a view or dinner Would not hesitate to to recommend this cottage "

"Lovely modern clean apartment, close to shops, restaurants cafes. Excellent location a short walk to the seafront. Our little dog enjoyed with an enclosed back yard. Would definitely book this place again. The hosts were very attentive with information and communicating right up until we arrived. We were going to go to the shop to pick up some milk, but while inspecting the fridge the hosts had already got us some in, which i thought was a lovely touch. Had a lovely weekend and the weather was on our side well. Thank you very much"

"We had a really lovely long weekend at the Deer Den. Itâ€™s very new, possibly only one guest before us, so everything is gleaming. The renovation is really well done and very tasteful. There are 3 cottages together with a big shared outside space. Great for dogs and for sitting with a coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening of course. Really quiet. We did see a baby deer in the field, and a hare which was exciting.The location is great. We had a couple of lovely days out, and not too far away. Thereâ€™s a big coop only about 10mins away. Definitely recommend the Deer Den. Whatâ€™s not to like!"
