Neat old home with antique furniture. I didn’t see any other travelers there. There was breakfast, but it was not very good. Very nice owner, though.

Ich rate von einer Buchung dringend ab!
Wir waren 30 Minuten „zu Gast“. Warum auch immer, wurden unsere (Hotels.com/Expedia) Reservierungen trotz schriftlicher Buchungsbestätigungen nicht gefunden. Hotels.com hat sogar noch einmal Kontakt mit dem Hotel aufgenommen, vergeblich... Außer einem „No, No“ gab es allerdings kaum weitere Kommunikation durch die Mitarbeiterin des Hauses. Auch auf den Gedanken, in irgendeiner Form behilflich zu sein, kam sie nicht. Indem sie ihren Gästen bei der Suche nach einer Alternative behilflich ist oder beispielsweise wenigstens Ihren Kooperationspartner kontaktiert und dort über die Situation informiert. Genau das wird sie aber nicht getan haben, um das Problem der Überbuchung möglichst nicht kommunizieren zu müssen und keine Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Kurz: Ein unprofessionelles Haus mit unfassbarer Mitarbeiterin. Der erste Eindruck des Hauses sorgte nicht für Begeisterung. Der Eingangsbereich wirkte eher schmuddelig und chaotisch. Jede Menge Reise-Auszeichnungen, die alle mindestens 10 Jahre alt waren, sprechen aber dafür, dass das Haus früher einmal vielleicht eine gute Option in Salta war.
