"Absolutely love the staff at this hotel and I’ve stayed there several times but this time was challenging. I was on the first floor right next to the lobby. DO NOT STAY on the floor unless nothing wakes you up. My first night, I fell asleep and was woken up at 3AM. I first thought it was people talking but later realized it was the TV blaring. I was awake from 3AM-5AM which made for an exhausting day. The second night, a baby was crying next door to me but I fell back asleep but then at 5:45AM this groups of people were gathered in the lobby and talking so loud that it woke me up and it didn’t stop. I tried covering my head with a pillow to no avail. I finally called the front desk and either the people left or she had them quiet down. The girl at the front desk was very nice but I wish they would keep people in the lobby quiet. I will definitely stay there again but not on 1st floor. "

"There was a piece of metal sticking out of the bed. It was not apparent because it was covered by the spread. I was walking around the bed and ran into it. I suffered a gash on my left leg. The wound bleed profusely. Three staff members came to our room. They were very concerned. I don’t know why the metal was there. Housekeeping had to be aware of it.
Even though they credited our room, I was disappointed with the situation. "
