"The room was very clean and bed was sooo comfortable! The pillows were so comfortable. The pool area was clean. The hot tub could have been hotter, it was only lukewarm. The breakfast was amazing. 1st morning was scrambled eggs, sausage links, cubed fried potatoes with a little spice, turkey sausage and biscuits and gravy. Also cold cereal, oatmeal and pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bagels and Danishes!! It was sooooo freaking good! All common areas were very clean, the housekeepers do an amazing job there and should get alot of the credit for the appearance of this hotel! To me it was definitely worth what I paid for and then some!!!"

"The OZ house was so much fun! Every room was decorated so beautifully to match each character of OZ. The house was a hit with all our family, those that lived in Alva, and those that lived in Kansas, New Mexico and Texas. It was perfect for an impromptu family gathering of 20. It became the house all family stopped at on the way to the various events. We highly recommend staying there! We will for sure be back when we visit our family."

"Breakfast wasn't ideal. We think the property was just bought and under major renovations thus all the half-way finished items such as painting, door locks, and very tall and unkept landscaping. But for $50 a night the room was clean, quiet place to sleep for the night....it wasn't all that bad. I cannot complain. "

"This is a very nice place to stay!! Rooms are spacious and clean. They have full kitchens with full size fridge/freezer. Quiet and relaxing and the staff is awesome. Close to Walmart and Aldis for your last minute needs !!"
