Good feedback. Yes we are a professional vacation rental management company, family-owned and all local experts here in Salt Lake. Our homes are detailed and inventoried to the last spoon with every drawer and cupboard labeled. Guests love this professionalism and detailed approach as they know every detail has been thought through and multiple eyes have gone through the home before you ever arrive. Very different from what you might expect from a regular VRBO owner, who may or may not even be the one to visit the home before a guest arrives. We do have a rental agreement and a mobile app that VRBO provides us to offer guests that makes it so easy to access all the check-in information for guests to have it all at the finger tips and provides the ease of allowing all the people in your party to access the same information quickly. We were surprised you weren't satisfied by the pillows, we have noted that and shared it with our team to look into further. We are a family-run and operated management company all local and we love our homes. Not corporate. Sorry you felt that way, but we have had numerous issues with guests tearing our homes apart moving furniture all over the place and leaving a mess for us. So, we have a rental agreement we require to safeguard our homes ask that our house rules be followed. Our door codes provided will work great once contract is signed and payment has been completed. When there is ever any issue, we are quick to reply and are not far away so can address any and all maintenance issues that arise. Correct, our homes are non-smoking as well. Jon we appreciate you staying with us and appreciate your very helpful feedback about the service level you received. We are discussing this with our team and someone will be reaching out to you to better understand what occurred. This is not at all how our staff handles things. We house tens of thousands of guests each year and are complimented regularly for our level of service, so this was very alarming. As for the home, it is not bare bones. It is very quality and stocked with basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries to get you started but not for the entirety of the stay, and all the supplies in the kitchen you could ever need to make meals). Sorry you felt you had to jump through hoops, but we would like to understand better what you meant by that. We have an incredibly simple process. You simply download our mobile app once booked and paid and contract signed, get the door code, and get the information you need to be successful. Such wonderful, useful feedback our whole team had a chance to read and we so appreciate it. We are always looking to make the home even better. We stopped supplying the homes with specific spices and general kitchen supplies because we got feedback from guests they weren't sure if half-used containers were sanitary (especially now with COVID). To stick to our high cleanliness standard as a company, we keep it generic. We are glad you were satisfied with the cleanliness and loved the quiet setting of the beautiful park-side neighborhood in such a fantastic, convenient location close to everything in town. We are looking into what happened with the fire pit access, but glad you loved the backyard and the nice hot tub and grill. We are so delighted you would rent this home again and we would love to have you.
