Welcome to your cozy home away from home in the charming city of Draper, Utah! This new one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. With a hot tub (open year round), pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), 24 hour gym, incredible clubhouse, outdoor lounge area, you'll be sure to create some unforgettable memories while you're in town.

As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living room, complete with a comfortable sofa (that pulls out into a queen bed, complete with comfy foam pad) and additional couch, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. The large windows let in plenty of natural light. Head straight outside to enjoy the cool night air on your private patio.

The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including brand new appliances such as stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The quartz island features bar seating, which allows 4 people to sit comfortably, making it the ideal spot for enjoying meals together.

The bedroom is a cozy and comfortable retreat, with a queen-size bed dressed in soft linens and pillows. The room also features a large closet, providing ample storage space for your belongings. You'll appreciate the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also have an air mattress available for additional guests.

The bathroom is bright and clean, with a combination shower/tub, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. You'll appreciate the convenience of having everything you need at your fingertips.

This apartment also offers a range of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, or catch up on work at the designated workspace. You can also stay on top of your laundry with the convenient in-unit washer and dryer.

Step outside onto the apartment complex's grounds, and you'll find even more amenities to enjoy. Take a dip in the pool on a hot summer day, or soak in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. The complex also features a 24 hour fitness center, where you can get in a workout on the cardio equipment or weight machines.

No more fumbling with keys or lockboxes; self checkin is easy with digital keypad lock and unique key code.

Guests will have have access to all rooms in the apartment, private patio, pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, and playroom.

Privacy is essential while you're traveling. We understand this and offer a convenient self check in with digital keypad that allow you the flexibility of keeping your own schedule and the ease of checking in whenever works best for you. We are local and always available for anything you might need as well.

The Mountain Vista is in a peaceful apartment complex that will allow you to be conveniently close to all activities / attractions. We are literally less than 2 minutes off the freeway.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
