Incredible location right on the mountainside, with amazing views in all directions. 15 mins from base of ski resort canyons (in January 2023, these four resorts have the most snow of any resort in the world). A private trail right out the back door connects to miles of trails for hiking, snowshoeing, or mountain bike.

5 beds (2 kings, 3 twins). Exercise/weight room, laundry, premium appliances, theater room, basement/game area.
