Trust me when I say just spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. It was filthy and usafe. Its basically a drug infested dump. Was told we have to supply our own towels and toilet paper. Then when we checked out they refused to return our deposit.

they would not allow us to checkin, after our wedding. the voice on the intercom would not in person explain anything. they just said no exceptions. we had to find another place to stay for 10 days. it was a very weird experience

The manager accused me of stopping up The toilet by flushing a toilet paper card board roll down. Because the toilet was stopped up and I called For maintenance and that’s what came up. I’d already called because the restroom sink was leaking ALOT of water filling up the trash can. She wasn’t empathetic at all. The young lady who works the counter also was very sweet at first then one the issues with the rooms came about and got very arrogant with a nonchalant attitude. The prices for the room weekly kept changing. The room was cleaned once a week and you had to tell them what you wanted cleaned nothing was whipped down they have kitchenettes but no pots etc etc. they stay was like a 5/10 I won’t be staying there ever again I wasn’t comfortable after the demeanor change.

Jeff, the general manager, was amazing. Courteous and very helpful. My hope is that this location will consider renovations in the near future to match Jeff's professionalism. Jeff was the saving grace and sadly, the only positive part of our stay. The room was not to our expectation and standard of cleanliness, but Jeff made it right. Thank you, Jeff.
