Perfect location
This trip was a last minute decision to visit the collage my daughter wishes to attend. This is the perfect location to explore the area. The staff has been helpful and having security watch the parking lot is an extra bonus.

we loved the convenience of the rooms. The kitchenette and curtain separating the sitting area and bed was nice to have! My daughter ended up getting sick and throwing up during our stay and the staff was so kind about it. They brought us new bedding really late and helped us get it all cleaned up.

The snow plow at 5 am every morning is disgusting. Ridiculous loud. Then we were given a room with a loud fan that could not be turned off. Abby did an awesome job and moved us to a more quiet room. No soap dispenser in shower, not enough parking. Just not a great experience.

service was great, staff were very pleasant and friendly very easy check in and out, however the hotel is old, bed sheets and towels were not clean, we hear people on higher floor walking day or night, will think twice before staying there again

I wanted to like it. However, no housekeeping was provided. It was requested but according to the front desk the housekeeping manager said they would clean the room upon me checking out.

Hmmm. A little concerning. I believe we are scheduling HK services every other day at this hotel. If your stay was longer than two days, you should have received service. We hope you will stay with us again soon.

I have spoked with our General Manager regarding these claims. He advised me that our guest just wanted a room on a higher floor and there was no evidence of bed-bugs in his first room.
The room was very nice. The digital room key and being able to choose my room was great. Would definitely stay again. It would be nice to not only have a mirror in the bathroom but also in the room.

Parking isn’t great. Not enough stalls. Cars are parked behind you so backing out of stall is not easy.

Ok but a little sub par
The internet was out for at least a day and a half. The bed linens were thread bare with holes warn through. Breakfast bar was not that good unless you like pancakes or oatmeal. I would say they could take a few lessons from residents inn

Room floors were covered I dust, lint and hair. Bathroom had other people’s hair in shower and on floors. Mildew in shower and broken shower handle in our room. Refrigerator barely cold and slightly cooler than room temperature. Hair dryer was broken and did not heat. Pool and hot tub are dark and dingy with a rim of algae and scum coating the walls. Breakfast okay but nothing great; it is like airline food. Coffee in room and at breakfast area is terrible— really poor quality and just Sysco/Folgers like coffee. Location is ok but not great as it is next to a Walmart with homeless folks lingering in parking lot and people sleeping in vans and RVs in the Walmart parking lot.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. There's definitely some items we can control - cleanliness, items working correctly, etc, but other things - not so much. The Home2 is known as an 'efficiency' hotel - so yes, our breakfast covers the basics with sandwiches, good quality juice, whole fruit, yogurts, oatmeal and cereals, as well as bagels, Danishes and muffins (last time on an airline, I received a bag of peanuts). As for our neighbors, I might be wrong, but I believe Walmart allows RVs to be parked overnight in their parking lots. As for vagrants, I'm not so sure of their policies.We hope you will stay with us again - we'll be sure to provide an immaculately clean studio/room - with everything functioning perfectly. :-)

I have stayed here before. Disappointed this time. Slow check in. Room not very clean. Sink didn’t drain, shower head had a massive leak. Not worth the price.

I can not see which room you were in - to take necessary maintenance and training action, but we will remind our team to wear their 'guest glasses' when in the rooms, to ensure everything is top notch. Thank you, again, for staying with us.
The hotel was nice and we enjoyed the extra room in the suite. The top sheet and "blanket" on our king bed didn't really extend past the edge if the bed so there really wasn't enough to cover 2 people in a king bed. Top sheet was more like what you should have on a full size bed. "Blanket" was literally a scratchy mattress pad with the padded part no bigger than the top of the bed and sheer sides. Breakfast staff were seriously slow on restocking and there weren't that many people present for breakfast. Everything was in short supply from utensils to food.

The power went out and there was no back up generator. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock and the hand soap was empty. We attempted the coffee but the cream was bad… so there was that. Not ideal.
